Terms of Service: 

     By using any services provided by Ken’s Transfer & Couriers Ltd. You agree and acknowledge to the terms set out below. 

     Ken’s Transfer & Couriers Ltd. or the Carrier shall not be liable for any special, consequential or other damages caused by mere delay or loss or damage of the delivery of a shipment.

     Ken’s Transfer & Couriers Ltd. or the Carrier shall not be financially liable for any damage to the shipment or for the loss of the of the shipment regardless of how the damage occurred or how the loss occurred, all shipments are sent at the shippers & or the consignee’s own risk. 

     By using any services provided by Ken’s Transfer & Couriers Ltd. or the Carrier constitutes an agreement between by the indicated parties on the shipping waybill to pay the applicable charges as outline on the shipping waybill as set forth by Ken’s Transfer & Couriers Ltd. or the Carrier. 

      All applicable charges are due on completion of the shipments unless a charge account has been set up by either party in such case full charges are due 30 days after the invoice date. Any charges not paid after 30 days of the invoice date will be subject to an Administration charge set out at the discretion of Ken’s Transfer & Couriers Ltd. and the Carrier.
